Family Picts...
We decided we should get family pictures taken since we have a new addition. They turned out so cute! Thanks to Amanda Gibbs.... The boys behaved for the most part, and Ryder even got to draw on the wall with some side walk chalk.

Summer Fun
one...two...THREE!
Ryder turned 3 this year! Hard to believe he is so big already.... I had a super fun party planned for him at the splash pad in Riverdale. This would be his last birthday being the only child. However Kage had other plans. We had to post pone his birthday since Kage decided to come early! Thanks goodness most of his friends were able to still come! We had lots of fun and Ryder got a big boy bike. Exactly what he had been asking for!
Blessing Day
Baby Kage
Kage Russell Cooper was born June 18 at 4:52 am weighing 7lbs 12oz and 21 inches long! He was two weeks early and a healthy happy boy. Ryder was a little unsure of him at first, but baby Kage brought him a cool dragon that made any doubts go away! Ryder is loving being a big brother most days and cant wait till kage is big enough to wrestle.

Swim Lessons
Ryder jumping in like a wild man
We decided to put Ryder in swim lessons this winter. It was so much fun he loved it. He learned how to float on his back. Get to the wall if he falls in. He also tried to use his arms to swim :) He is a little water bug. We needed something to do to get him out of the house during the winter because he was going stir crazy! This was just the thing he needed. Now i cant wait til he is three so we don't have to do the mother toddler class and he can do it by himself like a big boy!
Christmas Time
Cousin Hugs!
Christmas was lots of fun this year. My mom and dad were in town and we got to spend lots of time with both sides of the family. Ryder loves hanging out with his cousins more then anything.
Christmas morning adam and i were up bright and early and of course Ryder decided to sleep in that day. So we had to go wake him up. I think we were more excited then him. He got to his stocking first and all he wanted was the candy! He could care less about the presents! Silly boy. We finally got him to open his presents and he opened up his dinosaurs first. After that he was done and ready to play! We had to talk him into opening his other presents and finally he did and loved them all... :) It was so fun having grandma and papa here watching ryder open his presents. He loves both his grandparents very much. And misses them like crazy.
