Blessing Day

 We had to bless Kage a little sooner then normal because poppa Randy was in town!  I forgot to take the camera to church so i didn't get a picture of all the family that was there :( 

Baby Kage

Kage Russell Cooper was born June 18 at 4:52 am weighing 7lbs 12oz and 21 inches long!  He was two weeks early and a healthy happy boy.  Ryder was a little unsure of him at first, but baby Kage brought him a cool dragon that made any doubts go away!  Ryder is loving being a big brother most days and cant wait till kage is big enough to wrestle.

We decided to put Ryder in swim lessons this winter. It was so much fun he loved it. He learned how to float on his back. Get to the wall if he falls in. He also tried to use his arms to swim :) He is a little water bug. We needed something to do to get him out of the house during the winter because he was going stir crazy! This was just the thing he needed. Now i cant wait til he is three so we don't have to do the mother toddler class and he can do it by himself like a big boy!

Christmas was lots of fun this year. My mom and dad were in town and we got to spend lots of time with both sides of the family. Ryder loves hanging out with his cousins more then anything.

Christmas morning adam and i were up bright and early and of course Ryder decided to sleep in that day. So we had to go wake him up. I think we were more excited then him. He got to his stocking first and all he wanted was the candy! He could care less about the presents! Silly boy. We finally got him to open his presents and he opened up his dinosaurs first. After that he was done and ready to play! We had to talk him into opening his other presents and finally he did and loved them all... :) It was so fun having grandma and papa here watching ryder open his presents. He loves both his grandparents very much. And misses them like crazy.

We had a pretty fun Halloween this year! Adam and i went to a Halloween party then we got to go trick or treating with Ryder and his cousin Tripp! The boys loved it and ran from house to house at full speed. Ryder kept letting himself into all the neighbors homes... Good thing he is cute! We did have a scare earlier in the day, Ryder choked on a skittle and scared me and adam to death! :( Ryders other cousins came over earlier and brought him a Halloween surprise. Ryder was being a party pooper and wouldn't take pictures with them. O well i guess there is always next year...

Had a blast! The boys got to slide down some crazy slides. They got to take a train ride. And they even got to pick their own pumpkins! We didnt even get too lost in the corn maze thanks to uncle nates amazing corn mazing skills! ha ha :)
